We act as the "in-house" execution team for clients on a project-by-project basis taking responsibility for managing transactions, interfacing with all external advisers and assisting our clients' management and other key personnel with all aspects of transactions. Our clients include public and private companies, private equity and venture capital investors and high net worth individuals.
